We do ask that you and your team take advantage of all of our coaching and training solutions which will require time, and communicate with our staff proactively throughout the partnership to ensure alignment and progress.

Do you offer sales training and support?

Yes, we provide comprehensive sales training for staff to help your team increase the consultation-to-sales conversion rate, so they can sell more treatment plans and memberships. We have video modules on mindset, pricing strategy, initial visit design and consultation mastery, objection handling and closing. We also offer 1-on-1 training, group coaching and 20+ hours of video materials to support your client facing team.

Will your system integrate with my existing software?

Our system integrates with Google Calendar and select scheduling platforms. Depending on the scenario at hand, our team will ask for direct access to your software to book appointments directly on your calendar.

What role does your dedicated appointment-closing team play?

Our US-based appointment closing team handles all aspects of lead conversion, booking appointments directly into your calendar and ensuring high-quality, committed appointments by collecting secured deposits. Think of them as a hybrid of customer service, front desk and sales. Their goal is to educate, motivate, answer questions and make leads feel safe and confident about choosing you as a potential provider for solving their needs.

What happens if clients don’t show up?

Our rigorous appointment confirmation and consistent reminders, secured deposits, and clear cancellation policies significantly reduce no-show rates. In an event of a no show or late cancellation, we encourage our clients to take action outlined in the practice’s policy. Either way, the deposit is non-refundable.

What type of reporting do you provide to track results?

We provide live reports linked directly to Meta along with a detailed ROI and appointment outcome tracker that you can maintain on a daily basis to ensure that we’re both collaboratively tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the partnership. What types of results should I expect beyond booked appointments?In addition to booked appointments, clients often see increased brand awareness, increased organic website and Google My Business traffic, more 5-star Google reviews, higher consultation conversion rates, longer patient retention, bigger membership and treatment plan sales and long-term revenue growth driven by repeat and referral business.
